Collaborative Sketch-up Model with Jackson Morris
Located in Avon Colorado, the Seasons building is a prime location for renovations for intuitive investors. Zehren and Associates was contacted to create a modern office space while minimizing the amount of demolition required. I was given the opportunity to create a floor plan that would not only satisfy the client's requests, but in doing so, would facilitate the construction process.The scope of work was to be broken into three different suites, with each suite demanding its own set of criteria.
This project gave me an introduction to code usage and interpretation as I had to calculate the occupant load as well as the exit travel distance. In doing so, I was able to form an office space that would satisfy code regulations.
