As Avon Colorado continues to grow, so does its need for housing. From this need rose Avon Apex. Consisting of a condominium building, two sets of townhome buildings, and a parking structure, Avon Apex aims to supply the population with not only more housing, but with a beautiful space for the community to congregate and enjoy the amazing Colorado weather.
I was involved with the hand drafted plans along with the parking structure study.
